2. What is your Buyer’s Premium?

  • 12.5% added to the final hammer price.


3. What is your policy for cancelling bids?

  • Once bids are placed, they cannot be cancelled.


4. Where are the wines & spirits sourced from?

  • We have a network of esteemed private collectors and trade professionals from around the world who consign their property to us to sell.


5. Can you store my lots for me?

  • Wines not collected/delivered 30 days after the auction date are subject to storage fee.
    A fixed rate of HKD 5 per bottle per week will be charged to any wine not collected or delivered.
  • Please contact our team to arrange a quotation to have your wines stored in Metropolitan Wine Cellar professional storage facility.


6. Do you deliver for free?

  • No, collection and delivery charges must be paid in advance before the lots can be released.


    7. What terms and conditions do I agree to by registering for a sale?

    • By bidding in our auctions, you agreed to be bound by the conditions detailed here.


    8. What are my payment options?

    • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

    9. How can I request photos of bottles?

    • Email bidding@metrowineauction.com to request more images. Please include any specific information you’re interested in with your request.
